Rob made several changes to the original plans that Jenn wanted (extra closet, shoe closet, extra insulation to keep our attic space cooler and more) and did them better than expected. We are considering building another home in the future and plan to ask Rob to plan and build that home. See more See less

He even used his own time to help us with extra side projects. Something most builders definitely won't do. Hands down the best experience I've had with a company in this industry. When possible, they also accommodated requests for customization. The quality of their construction is excellent and withstands the test of time. All the sub-contractors they hired are experts in their fields. Overall, they were patient with answering my questions and were quick to address any issues or concerns I had. They allowed us to be a part of the building process and encouraged us to come out to the house during "big" moments. We trusted them with their expertise and it paid off.
